At a panel event hosted in the Westmont Enterprise Hub, the University welcomed three successful alumni to talk about their careers and share the story of how they got where they are today.
Manny Ebokosia, a performance artist and social campaigner, was joined by Daniya Kayani, a marketing manager at Havas Media, and Eve Winstanley, a freelance television producer known for her work on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and BBC One’s Strictly: It Takes Two.
Daniya told us:
I really enjoyed coming back to campus and loved meeting the students. It’s great to see that there’s still so many people excited to get out there and start their careers.”
Jonathan Eastwood, Head of Careers and Employment, who hosted the event said:
These events are a great way for students to learn more about what careers are open to them. Our alumni are a great resource and they have some brilliant stories to tell. The best thing our students can do is come along and learn from people who are already out there working in these fields.”
