Walking and cycling to the Ealing site
The Ealing site is located just 15 minutes away from Ealing Broadway station by foot, and it only takes five minutes to cycle. You can view directions to the Ealing site on Citymapper.

Travel by Tube / train
The site has three London Underground stations within easy walking distance:
- Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth line, District and Central lines) - 15 minutes
- Ealing Common (District and Piccadilly lines) - 15 minutes
- South Ealing (Piccadilly line) - 10 minutes
There is also a national rail service at Ealing Broadway, taking you to London Paddington in just ten minutes and linking up with major train stations around the country.

Travel by bus
A regular bus service (number 65) runs from immediately outside Ealing Broadway station to the Ealing site.
Students and staff can also catch the free University shuttle bus from Ealing Broadway station, running to both the Ealing and Brentford sites.
There are a number of London buses in the area, many 24 hours, which serve both local routes and the city centre.

Travel by car
Please note that there is no car park available at the University site. Please use the public car parks within the Ealing area.
The Ealing site lies on the B455 which runs between the A4 and A4020 (Uxbridge Road).
The M4 motorway is a few minutes' drive away from Ealing (junction 2).
The A40 is a short drive away and accessible from Hanger Lane or Perivale.

Getting to Cavendish House and Century House

Cavendish House and Century House
Cavendish House, 57-59 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 5SA
Century House, 61-63 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 5SA
Both buildings are located on Uxbridge Road, a 10 minute walk from Ealing Broadway station, which serves the Central and District Tube lines, the Elizabeth line and National Rail connections to central London and Reading. Bus services 207, 483 and 607 also stop outside the buildings and ample cycle parking is available.
Please note that there is no car park available at the University site. Please use the public car parks within the Ealing area.

What is located at Cavendish House and Century House?
The opening hours are:
- Staff: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-8:30pm
- Students: Monday to Friday, 8am-8:30pm
The facilities at Cavendish House are as follows:
- Three lecture rooms on the third floor
- One seminar room on the fourth floor
The facilities at Century House are as follows:
- One lecture room and two performance spaces on the ground floor
- Two lecture rooms and two performance spaces on the first floor
- Two lecture rooms and two performance spaces on the second floor
- Two lecture rooms and two performance spaces on the third floor
The facilities at Cavendish House and Century House are open to LCM, DSL, Babcock and PhD students.
Little Coffee Union is now available at our Century and Cavendish House buildings, situated in the rear car park.

The above only reflects the current status of these locations as there are future plans to enhance both Cavendish House and Century House.

Our study facilities at the University of West London reflect our commitment to delivering a first-class educational experience and equipping students with industry-ready skills.
You will have the opportunity to make use of:
- The Blast FM Radio Studio.
- Our engineering laboratories, all either brand-new or recently upgraded.
- Our knitting machine and sewing machine rooms.
- The Pillars Restaurant.
- Weston Hall, our 240 seat auditorium.
- Lawrence Hall, our 200 seat, black box studio theatre.
- Our mock courtroom and crime scene room.
- One of Europe's largest studio complexes home to The London College of Music.
- Two photography studios, our digital print studio and Film/motion capture studio.
- Advanced brain imaging electroencephalogram (EEG), eye tracking equipment.
- The Paul Hamlyn Library, open continuously (including overnight) from Monday morning to Friday evening, with reduced hours on Saturdays and Sundays during term time.
