Your health, your data, #myValitudo

People with chronic illness have to monitor their health on a day-to-day basis. This means human data is generated constantly.

From your daily exercise to your blood pressure, all of it can be stored on your personal device. But who owns that data? Where is it being used? Is it shareable?

Valitudo Technologies empowers patients to store and share their health data with professionals in a secure, transparent and customisable way.

Each person’s data is different and unique. You should decide how your data is being used and have a right to own the data you generate.

How Valitudo can help

Digital health solutions have the potential to help increase access, decrease healthcare systems costs and improve health outcomes.

The digital health market is growing even with barriers relating to regulation, patient acceptance and privacy concerns.

Valitudo’s solution involves using technology to enrich your human data on a platform that is easy and secure to share with health professionals.

Choose, record and monitor your health data on the myValitudo app. When you see a GP or any health professional, pick the data you want to share or let the professional decide.

With Valitudo Dashboard, health professionals will be able to extract vital information from patients' self-made record.

My personal motivation for starting Valitudo comes from my own experience with outdated technology used in the healthcare setting. I’ve had multiple experiences with 24-hour blood pressure machines since I was 13; I found them to be archaic and inconvenient. I knew at the time that I could have done it myself and saved both time and money for the NHS. My growing interest in technological innovation and data led me to make the bold choice to start my own business which combines tech and healthcare.
