Jayanti is the Placement Lead and Course Leader for FdA Hospitality Management and Hospitality Management Special, as well as Academic Lead for LGCHT Foundation year students.

Her learning and teaching involves application of innovative teaching methods, engaging with changing assessment and feedback culture, assessment literacy, assessment design and inclusive approaches to assessment and feedback methods.

Jayanti continuously engages with employers, developing partnerships and organizing field visits as well as guest lectures for our students to strengthen the relationship between LGCHT and reputed hotel brands, enabling excellent employment prospects for our students.

Jayanti's Knowledge Exchange Seed Fund Projects include:

  1. Strategic Knowledge Exchange Collaboration of Academia and Industry to Enhance Employability of the Hospitality Graduates
  2. Promoting awareness and encouraging sustainable behaviour changes among employees in the hospitality and tourism industry
