I have been a practising midwife since 2006 and a lecturer in midwifery since 2018. During my clinical career, I specialised in Practice Development supporting students and junior midwives in their careers.
Since working at UWL, my interest is in Leadership within Maternity services and qualified as a Professional Midwifery Advocate in 2020.
