Kit Tong

I have 18 years of Critical Care Nursing in London, working in various capacity from Ward Sister to Practice Development. In my role as a Practice Development Nurse, I found my niche for teaching and took on the challenge of being the Preceptorship Lead and Clinical Practice Facilitator in a large London Trust. I was in that role for five years before moving on to the University of West London.
