Ms Liz Quick
Liz is a senior lecturer on the BA Event Management course at the University of West London. She graduated from the University of London Goldsmiths College with a BA Honours degree in German and Drama. After working for Lufthansa German Airlines for several years, she joined several major Event Management agencies and was responsible for setting up the first UK event implant office at a major pharmaceutical company. Liz now brings her industry experience as a lecturer and in 2010 graduated from the University of West London with an MA in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education and has been working as a Senior Lecturer in Events Management there since that time. In September 2020 her event Management textbook: Managing Events: Real Challenges, Real Outcomes was published by SAGE. This book combines her academic and practical experience of working in the events field.
