Matt Dunkley is one of the world’s leading film orchestrators, arrangers and conductors, who has also developed a successful parallel career as a talented film, TV and theatre composer. 

He has worked on over 200 movies, including Barbie, Bond: No Time to Die, Judy, Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation, Fallout, Black Swan, Inception, Moulin Rouge, Love Actually and The Dark Knight. 

He has arranged for pop artists such as Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, Lizzo, Sam Smith, Tom Jones, Dido and Celeste. 

Matt has conducted all the major UK orchestras, as well as international ensembles such as the Sydney Symphony (at the Sydney Opera House) and the Los Angeles Philharmonic (at the Hollywood Bowl). 

As a composer, he has written scores for international movies, UK network TV shows, international theatre productions, and has released two critically acclaimed solo albums. 

Matt studied trumpet and piano at the London College of Music and was awarded an honorary doctorate in 2023.
