I have worked in various sectors of the hospitality industry for over a decade. Deciding to further my career in becoming a lecturer whilst furthering my education by becoming a doctoral student.

Research

My research joins my academic background in English Language and Linguistics with my decade long experience within the hospitality industry. My current doctoral thesis focuses on the language use within the hospitality industry and its wider impact and importance for all stakeholders.
