Neda is a lecturer in Food Business Management and Hospitality with extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry. Her research interests centre around the dynamics of dining experiences, particularly in the context of ethnic restaurants. Neda is passionate about exploring the concepts of authenticity and sensory marketing, aiming to deepen the understanding of how these elements influence and shape the dining experience.
