Nikki is a creative music industry professional with an entrepreneurial spirit. With 7+ years of music industry experience, she brings her passion for talent discovery, youth culture and artist development. Her work in the A&R/Talent Management fields has spanned major record labels and festival through to thriving start-ups. She is currently lecturing in Strategic Music Management and Record Label modules at London College of Music.
