Patrick Muigai
Patrick Muigai is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader within the London College of Hospitality and Tourism at the University of West London. He is also the academic link tutor for the collaborative partnership with IIHM India
His main areas of pedagogic interest include the development of student centred approaches to teaching and learning at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He is also interested in developing innovative teaching techniques including assessment methods/strategies to assist international students adapt to the UK, HE system
His research interests include Entrepreneurship, Franchising and Small Business management. His current PhD thesis adopts a focused ethnographic approach to help explore the lived experiences of franchisees - in particular their entrepreneurial behaviours.
