Peter Petrides
With over 25 years’ experience in the hotel, events and hospitality industry, Peter has a considerable professional background spanning from international luxury hotels to corporate events and hospitality.
He spent over ten years working with the world’s largest contract catering companies such as Sodexho and Compass group UK with clients such as The royal Bank of Scotland, Coutts Bank and Hambros investment Bank, moving onto Food and Beverage Management in luxury Five Star Hotels, working for companies such as Le Meridien Limassol and The Coral Beach Hotel and Resort Paphos. Peter’s experience informs his teaching and he shares his in-depth understanding of the industry with his students who benefit from the application of theory and hotel business models to real-life practice. Peter had also provided expert training in food and beverage service and customer care as a consultant for Diamond Air Concierge service at Heathrow airport and Etihad Airways prior to the introduction of their butler service in their new on-board residence.
