Richard Dale

I have had a life in aviation, from University Air Squadron to flying across Europe in charter aircraft and teaching a future generation of pilots for theoretical knowledge. While flying I was involved in management of small operators and approved training organisations at the highest level as Chief Pilot, Training Manager, Safety Manger and Quality and Compliance Manager.

Before joining UWL in 2021 I had 20 years of experience teaching pilots in the classroom, as a flight instructor and as a training captain in commercial aviation.
