Samantha Atanda
Samantha Atanda has been the Course Leader for both Masters in Human Resource Management and Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management since August 2020 within the Claude Littner Business School.
Samantha is also a practising HRM Consultant and holds a Chartered Fellowship of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Fellowship of Institute of Paralegals.
Samantha's career span working at board level within the National Health Service holding multiple portfolios including Human Resources, Organisational and Learning Development. As a practising People/HRM Consultant she provides her expertise nationally and internationally for SMEs and MNEs.
Samantha is also a senior lecturer and course/programme leader within the Claude Littner Business School sharing her extensive contemporary business and Human Resources industry experience with her students in the delivery of learning across multiple modules and courses.
A skilful, effective negotiator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Has a facilitative and developmental leadership style with the ability and agility to engage at different levels within organisations while working with individuals, groups and whole systems.
