Sandra joined the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew in March 2016 as Director of Marketing & Commercial Enterprise.
After a successful career as Client Services Director in marketing agencies, Sandra moved client side where she held senior positions at Gossard, Microsoft and Premier Inn. This was followed by 7 years as Head of Marketing, Brand & Digital at Historic Royal Palaces, then 2 years as Commercial Director for Royal Museums Greenwich.
Sandra's role at RBG Kew carries responsibility for: public programmes; brand, marketing, communications, digital experience, design; commercial activities including large scale events, brand licensing, retail, catering, venue hire and publishing; and visitor operations. In addition, Sandra is leading a piece of work to raise the profile of Kew’s science amongst visitors and the wider public, to support Kew's unique status as a world class botanic garden.
Sandra also serves as a Trustee of the River and Rowing Museum, Henley.
