Aby Mitchell

Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing
College of Nursing, Midwifery and Healthcare

I have a long history with the University of West London starting with my undergraduate education at Thames Valley University in 1995. Following my registration I started work in burns and plastics before forging an 18 year career in community nursing.

I transferred to higher education in 2014. I have broad experience in the undergraduate nursing curriculum and a keen interest in wounds and primary care. I teach across a variety of CPD modules including tissue viability, leg ulcers and non-medical prescribing.
