Live from Maida Vale Studios: LCM student supports BBC Concert Orchestra
Main body
LCM MMus (Hons) Composition student Megan Russell has been chosen to collaborate with the BBC Concert Orchestra on February’s Piano Room series of live concerts from Maida Vale Studios. Broadcast on the Ken Bruce Show, this year’s Piano Room line-up features artists including RAYE, Sugababes, Sophie Ellis Bextor and Stormzy. Megan will be working on creating orchestral arrangements for the performances.
Megan said:
I'm incredibly honoured and excited to be involved. It's a huge privilege to have been asked and I'm going to try to absorb as much information as I can about everything I can while I'm there. I can't wait!"
We will be catching up with Megan to find out more about what she's been doing in the coming weeks.
