Melanconia Duval-Pazzaglia
I graduated with honours from alma mater University of Bologna, earning a Bachelors degree in Adult Nursing.
My nursing practice began in acute assessment and progressed through intensive care and critical care outreach, eventually leading to a specialisation in burns intensive care at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
Working as a practice development nurse in intensive care ignited my passion for education, and in 2022 I was appointed as a lecturer practitioner at the University of West London, where I teach and lead the ITU course.
Additionally, I hold a joint appointment at the London North West Healthcare Trust as the Lead in Education for Intensive Care Nursing.
I am passionate about critical care, burns and empowering nurses through education.
