The first-rate simulation facilities at our West London and Reading campuses play a major role in our innovative approach to teaching and learning.

Our ambulance simulator, high-fidelity patient simulators, professional paramedic equipment, and virtual and immersive technologies enable you to practise real-life paramedic scenarios.

A creative music lab facilitating learning, collaboration, experimentation and play, brought to life by a collection of synthesisers donated by Pete Townshend, co-founder of The Who and Ealing School of Art (now UWL) alumnus.

Music technology facilities

With one of the largest studio complexes in Europe, including 25 industry standard studios, the London College of Music boasts excellent professional facilities to help you develop the skills you need.

Lawrence Hall

Performance facilities

The London College of Music has high-quality performance spaces including Lawrence Hall and Vestry Hall. 

LCM is also London's first All Steinway School, featuring 37 Steinway pianos across all teaching, performance, practice and recording spaces.

Aviation facilities

Home to an industry-standard flight simulator, the University also hosts the permanent Heathrow Exhibition and the Heathrow Archive, which bring together unique artefacts from the history of one of the world's busiest airports.

The Pillars Restaurant, our fine dining training restaurant, is operated and managed by our passionate culinary arts and hospitality management students. We are also home to industry-standard kitchens, such as the recently refurbished Savoy Kitchen.

We have a range of fantastic facilities available to our Criminology and Forensic Science students, including crime scene rooms where you can learn from scenarios based on real-life police investigations, and fully equipped forensic science labs with high-powered microscopes.
