Our psychology research facilities include high-tech brain imaging electroencephalogram (EEG), eye tracking equipment and a range of experiment and research software.
We provide access and a high standard of support for the use of these facilities.
Our sport and exercise science degree is supported by a fully accredited laboratory and state of the art training facilities.
Accreditations and endorsements
Our psychology degrees are accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
You can also choose to combine your studies with a related subject such as criminal investigation, clinical and counselling skills, educational practice, or sport and exercise.
Our sport and exercise science degrees are endorsed by the British Association of Sport and Exercise Science (BASES) and Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) providing you with additional qualifications, such as personal training, as you progress through your degree.

If you do not have the grades or subjects required for a degree course you may be interested in applying for a course with a foundation year. This is a four-year course with an integrated foundation year to help you prepare for undergraduate-level work.
